Causes OF Smoking

Introduction:

Everyone knows that smoking is harmful to health, but many people still suffer from this bad habit. Despite the fact that “Allah, the Lord of Glory” has made us “the noblest of creatures” in comparison to all His creations, and has also endowed us with the mind and all the senses. It is also an undesirable act due to bad breath, stained teeth, around smokers, and bad smell in clothes.

In the case of health, we can say that smoking is the cause of the weakening of endurance due to the increase in heart disease, increase in heart rate, high blood pressure, and decrease in the delivery of oxygen to the physical units. All of these medical problems seem to affect a person’s performance in important sports such as swimming and jogging.

How Bad Is Smoking For You:

It is also clear that smoking is a cheap and irresponsible way of doing things. Eating constantly causes the color of the lungs to turn from pink to black, and the disease has become increasingly common with cancers, bronchitis, emphysema, and recurrent lung infections. Also, as mentioned above, it is a major cause of heart disease.

Distracted From Work.

Lack of interest in many important matters arises. Simply put, smokers themselves suffer from these diseases, that is, care for both money and health.

Smoking is a habit, an addiction, an addiction, and all such intoxicants have been cast into our religion, Islam. It is also a bitter truth that despite the Council of Islamic Ideology of Pakistan declaring tobacco to be un-Islamic, tobacco cultivation is common in our country.

Side Effects of Smoking:

For pregnant women and lactating mothers, smoking is harmful not only personally but also for their offspring. Not only does it cause pregnancy complications, but it also causes failure to deliver milk and premature birth, low birth weight, and neonatal mortality. The effects of tobacco show up in the milk, and the baby cries a lot because it doesn’t get enough milk.

Tobacco cheers aren’t just harming themselves. They are also polluting the environment around them, including their family members, people who work with ‘friends, and those around them.

Through the Environmental Tobacco Smoke (ETS), on the one hand, the smoke coming out of the burning end of a cigarette is dangerous, and on the other hand, the smoke that the smoker fills his lungs and expels is also poisonous.

This smoke contains innumerable chemicals and far more than this burning tip of a cigarette. This smoke is very toxic to the people around the smoker. Especially for those who do not smoke. Such people can also be affected by all the problems that have been mentioned before.

Smoke Impact on Children:

The greatest impact is on children, and the ecological emissions have the greatest impact on those who spend most of their time with smokers.

It has been observed, that children who spend more time with smokers get serious and recurrent villa chipstick infection. Such as pneumonia, prolactitis, ear infections, cough, and asthma, etc. Coughing and shortness of breath in children of smokers are common but sometimes the situation becomes serious. Problems such as runny nose, headache, sore throat, eye irritation, stinging, loss of appetite, loss of energy and agility, hoarseness, dizziness, and nausea are also common.

ETS free Environment:

For children in the car, home, hotel, plane, school and all such places where children spend most of their time. The environment should be kept free from ETS. Knowing all these facts, it is important that we quit smoking while trying to be responsible. Whether we do it ourselves, any of our friends, relatives, or subordinates. It is important to keep your innocent and dear children away from such people. It is very difficult to quit addiction like smoking, but it is said that “where there is a will, there is a will.” Keep your family and children safe by giving up this habit while pledging to live anew.
